Picir.ai provides users with an AI-powered platform for generating and editing videos and images using advanced AI models. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
All content provided through Picir.ai, including but not limited to the Image editing technology, designs, code, and documentation, is protected under copyright law. The copyright owner of Picir.ai is Picir.ai.
Storage Policy: Assets generated through Picir.ai (including images, videos, and 3D models) are stored permanently on our platform for your convenience.
Inactive Account Cleanup: If your account remains inactive (no login activity) for a continuous period of 6 months, Picir.ai reserves the right to remove your stored assets to manage storage resources efficiently.
Subscriber Protection: Users with an active paid subscription are exempt from inactive account cleanup, regardless of login frequency.
Prior Notification: For users who have previously held a paid subscription, we will send an email notification approximately 14 days before any scheduled asset removal. Simply logging in to your account will reset the inactivity period.
No Guarantee of Permanent Availability: While we strive to maintain your assets, Picir.ai does not guarantee indefinite storage. We strongly recommend downloading important assets to your local device.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Picir.ai:
This policy applies to prompts, instructions, reference images, generated images and videos, and any content shared or distributed through or using Picir.ai. You must not use Picir.ai to generate, upload, share, or distribute any of the following:
Pornographic, Sexually Explicit, or NSFW Content
Content depicting or requesting nudity, sexual acts, pornography, sexual exploitation, or other adult or sexually explicit material.
Violent or Graphic Content
Content depicting, glorifying, encouraging, or providing instructions for graphic violence, gore, torture, severe physical injury, or other extreme violent acts.
Hate Speech
Content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes hatred or discrimination against a person or group based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
Child Sexual Abuse Material and Other Child-Unsafe Content
Any content that sexually exploits, sexualizes, endangers, or depicts the abuse of a minor, including child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"), whether real, generated, edited, or simulated. Picir.ai applies a zero-tolerance policy to this category.
Unauthorized Deepfakes or Impersonation
Content that uses a real person's identity, face, voice, likeness, or other identifying characteristics without authorization to create a deceptive deepfake, impersonate that person, mislead others about their actions or statements, or facilitate fraud or harassment.
Copyright or Trademark Infringement
Content that copies, misuses, or infringes another party's copyrighted work, trademark, logo, brand identity, or other intellectual property without authorization or another valid legal basis.
Picir.ai uses automated systems to screen prompts and supported reference images before generation. Selected AI model providers may also apply their own safety checks while processing a request. Requests identified as violating applicable safety rules may be blocked. Content reported by users or flagged by safety systems may be reviewed manually to determine whether it violates these Terms.

Depending on the nature, severity, and frequency of a violation, Picir.ai may reject a generation request, delete or disable access to content, restrict product features, temporarily suspend an account, permanently terminate an account, or cancel or revoke remaining unused credits where permitted by law. We may preserve relevant records and report suspected illegal activity, including CSAM, to appropriate authorities as required or permitted by law.

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Service. Picir.ai reserves the right to change its fees and billing methods at any time upon notice to you.
Payments for the Service may be processed through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize Picir.ai and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). The applicable subscription fee will be automatically charged to your payment method on file at the beginning of each new billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided on the Site. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate, and you must cease all use of the Service. Any accrued rights or obligations will survive termination, including those related to payment and intellectual property.
Picir.ai is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any AI model provider whose technology may power this service. All product names, trademarks, and brands of third-party AI model providers referenced or used are the property of their respective owners.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Picir.ai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Picir.ai, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
